App store cant download foreign apps

Here and on our facebook page. I have installed one box HD but have no sound, Have tried with different player even mx pro. How do I default mx pro as my player. Onebox Hd works on my Samsung tablet, but it does not work on my android tv box. I use MX player. Any suggestions? I am also having problems running it on my sony bravio android tv. I cant access the drop down menu on the left side and the search and genres buttons dont show on the right side.

Not sure if this helps. Mar 21 I have seen a few posts on here about the screen size and not begin able to click the left option drop down and the right Genres and Search options. Yet, there has not been any clear replies to this issue. Is it a simple matter of adjusting the screen size somehow throguh the Andoird box Display settiings?
